o please don't - you will be making one hugh big mistake. I have had a nightmare since July 09 - I talk to Mitchell every day.........they still can't fix all the problems.........and they are getting rid of ABSE......

Been Using the program for over a year, at first it was a hard switch with lots of glitches but it was brand new when it came out so thats expected.
I think its a great program now and it makes my job extremely easy. could it be better sure but they are always updateing it.
The biggest thing is get good training on the product don't try and learn it on your own.

Doug - We have been trying to use this program since last July. Mitchell trainers were here for a week installing, setting up and training my office staff.
I have had nothing but problems. I can run 3 different reports on the same R.O. and get 3 difference sets of numbers. I have shown Mitchell this, they met in my office to go over alot of issues and they totally agree there are definite problems.

We are going back to Classic.

I can understand your flustration at first mine was the same, Alot of it was actualy the Mitchell trainer didn't know enough about the program it self which is funny. I am still not having any issues and we just added a new wireless camera to process, when we take pictures of the cars it automaticaly goes to my desktop, saving alot of time.

We have been on it for several years. For the most part it works,it does have a few issues every now and then. We have 8 locations and it is one of the few that will allow you to access the shops from anywhere. We have looked into the new CCC One and while the production side seems well laid out the accounting side was a huge step backwards. They do not understand how to track WIP,the payroll has a major issue, we cancled the CCC contract and are continuing with ABSe.
