Any management system is the best, as long as it aligned with the needs of the organization. Technology can't streamline or solve your problems, people do that. Technology is a tool, I would suggest a deep dive into how you see your business behaving in the future. What business behavior do you want to measure? How will those measurements lead to your desired outcomes? How easy is the system you intent to integrate into your business model, to use? Will your vendor listen to you as the customer? Lastly, does it do the fundamentals really well? Fundamentals: 1) paperless documentation, 2) customer interface: scheduling, notes, follow-up, robust referral source segmentation with a tiered relationship reporting, 3) meaningful reports that support your business model. My two-cents.

Make it a great day!
Recently I was able to sit down and run through CCCone and was really amazed at what they have done with this product. I own a very advanced Collision Center in CA and use another system that I feel is one of the best Summit. CCCone has definitely has done an exceptional job meeting the needs of a shop like mine. My facility is 100% paperless, manage all our Media in one location, have workstations at every technician stall, utilize QC pop ups as technicians move the vehicle through the process and use automated labor costing as the vehicle move through the departments. CCCone challenged me to find areas that they do not handle for a facility like mine. The system was extremely fast and accessible online from any internet connection. I would say I am impressed.
