Immediate opening for an individual to effectively manage the estimating and production of a large high-quality Collision Center. Organize and supervise the workflow, the efficient utilization of the work force and ensure that the customer's vehicles are repaired on time and exceed their quality expectations. Applicants must possess exceptional organizational skills and be familiar with all phases of body shop production.
Candidate must also have extensive direct and indirect insurance/claims handling experience, be profit driven, detail oriented, and strive for excellent customer service.
The PEM has a significant impact on repair quality & timing, overall customer satisfaction, and repair center financial results. It is required that the candidate has the following basic qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of automobile collision repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
Excellent salary and performance-based compensation. Shop is located in Tempe AZ.
