I have used more than a few , and which one you chose doesnt matter as much as your commitment to use it. Like any large toolbox it doenst do much good unless you learn how to locate and put those tools to productive use. Peception is stronger than truth until you measure all the key peformance indicators that a management system will monitor for you in real time and give you a historical record of. With the margin of error shrinking it is impossible to make informed business decisions without a management program.

I was an ABS user for 15 years and now at a location that is in need of rebuilding Systems. I am very committed to a management program and understand the value of such. It is true what you say and the more info you can feed the system the better it will perform for you. I am looking to see what others have to say about different systems and doing my research as well. I’m thinking of looking hard at Summit. I have heard some good things about it. With so many programs coming at us you need a good system to be able to see the real end results of your efforts beyond the smoke and mirrors

We are currently using Summit and it has more features than any I have used before , We are a paperless multi- shop operation and use Summit to keep all digital copies of every invoice and it works well with EMS tranfers from all 3 estimating platforms.
