I really dislike the word Lean, to me It's business 101, know your business and its administration side, and above all learn how to balance your books.............Lean as it pertains to Collision and to the tech's is total re-thinking o how to work a car, from keys to keys....teams and everyone has to have a total buy in or things will just not work.....from your techs to the gal or person who answers the phone..
