Shop calls up and asked to return some parts, 45 days after they were delivered, for the past year the shop has purchased less than $1,200.  The return is less then $400, but the kicker is we are the only dealer in the area for this particular line, we do carry multiple lines at this dealership, but only use us for this smaller line. How would you handle this??

Thanks

Restocking fee: Add an additional 20-25% restocking fee

Credit: Allow for credit only on returns over 30 days

This is how I would handle it, you never know they could end up being your number one customer, or fall by the wayside.

Good luck
