Hello all!!

Any Parts Managers in here want to discuss oeconnect, ops trax and other methods of technology that have been..... I'd say almost forced onto you so that you can sell sheet metal!

What's your take on this and how has it changed the way you sell parts.

With the Collision repair shop becoming more "lean"  have you seen your return percentages drop.

Has using oeconnect helped you capture more sales, is the OE price really competitve.

How have these tools helped you manage your inventory

Are your parts wholesale people still making a decent living, enough to make this a carreer path.

I am also curious as I just viewed a web broadcast co-presented by a representative of OEConnect. My first reaction, of course, is the cost analysis ~ what is the required investment and how soon will that investment be recovered? How effective is the OEConnect program at identifying 'additional' sales opportunities and can those opportunities be easily identified without OEConnect?

Thanks for any and all feedback.
