Amanda - you can register for automotive scholarships at GAAS - Global Automotive Aftermarket Scholarships.  Go to this link:  http://www.automotivescholarships.com/  It's closed for 2012/2013 year, but will reopen in September or October for 2013/2014 school year.  By applying at this one location, your information will be reviewed by more than 20 other scholarship groups.
