A SIMPLE, CHEAP, FAST AND EFFECTIVE way to start an Individual, Small Business or Corporate Wellness Program.
Start a running, jogging or walking group. Employers, it’s as easy as sending out an email and picking up the tab for the power bars and bottled water. While you’re at it why not make up some company logoed wellness program t-shirts and write it off as a advertising expense.
Go to RunRideWalk.com and sign in. Create your Individual, Small Business or Corporate (LOCKED) group. Be sure to add your companies name and logo to the group. Invite your employees or coworkers to the group from our site. Manage your running, walking, or wellness group from one central location separate from employer’s computer servers. FREE!
As a claims adjuster in both the field and in office I know firsthand how hard it is to eat healthy not to mention exercise after a long day of “TRYING” to satisfy frustrated claimant. But the need to try and do so is GREAT. We have a group set up on RunRideWalk.com especially for insurance professionals called,”The Claims Adjusters Fit Club”. In addition to that group we encourage executives and vendors to start their own locked company group, invite your employees and coworkers. If your company already has a corporate wellness program we think RunRideWalk.com may be a great addition to it.
