Change in Our Industry

“Change in Our Industry: One Woman at a Time,” is a series of very personal, thought-provoking interviews of successful women leaders from all segments of the collision industry who share their thoughts about such varied topics as finding and becoming a mentor, how men and women lead, and what they’d do differently if they had it to do all over again. Our hope is that these videos offer useful strategies and suggestions, create an environment of mindfulness about the role of women, and ignite a renewed sense of optimism for a truly inclusive industry.
