Three Collision Hub Members Named to WIN Board

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) recently elected five new directors to its board. Teresa Bolton, Tina Clark, Megan Erickson, Kristen Felder and Katie Henwood will each serve a two-year term effective June 2010.

Teresa Bolton is the director of Collision Repair Test Development for ASE and is involved in the SkillsUSA Collision Repair Technology Committee.

Tina Clark is the controller for Collision Solutions, Inc., a regional multi-shop organization located in Indiana and is active on WIN’s conference committee.

Megan Erickson is a Business Development manager for 3M and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt who is a frequent industry speaker on lean processes.

Kristen Felder is the CEO of CollisionHub.com and is actively involved in supporting women, especially female students, throughout the collision industry.

Katie Henwood is the Collision Services marketing communications manager for DuPont Performance Coatings and also serves on WIN’s conference committee as co-chair.

“We are pleased to welcome all of these talented women to our board. They represent different segments of the industry, and they each bring unique experience and skills that will help WIN plan for the future of the organization and the continued development of women in the collision repair industry,” said Kim White, district sales manager for FinishMaster, who is WIN’s recently re-elected chair.

In addition to White’s re-election, three returning board members were newly elected as officers for 2010. Victoria Jankowski, P&C claims consultant for State Farm Insurance, will serve as vice-chair; Denise Caspersen, ASA’s Collision Division manager, will serve as treasurer; and Margaret Knell, director of Corporate Administration for I-CAR, will serve as secretary. Geralynn Kottschade, owner of Jerry’s Body Shop in Mankato, Minn., will continue to serve as WIN’s immediate past chair.
