Regional Account Manager (Insurance)
Location: Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN
Position Overview:
CCC Information Services Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to service, sell, and train existing automotive repair facility clients on all related products offered by CCC. Position requires individual to reside in Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN. Approximately 60-70% travel required. No relocation assistance is available for this position. The primary objective of a Regional Account Manager is to act as a sales consultant to the automotive collision repair facilities for the purpose of showing them how to save time, save money, and grow their business through the use of the CCC product suite. The Regional Account Manager, along with the Regional Business Manager, is responsible for the continued growth of their assigned territory through sales and retention.
Key accountabilities of the position are as follows:
* Develops and executes territory plans related to revenue growth and customer retention within assigned territories.
* Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs to further grow revenue (i.e. User Group Meetings, add-on sales, contract expirations, etc).
* Provides value added consultative services to an assigned repair facility client base (territory).
* Uses solution-selling skills to sell add-on products and upgrades to current customers.
* Develops an understanding of the business requirements and operational functions (workflow) of a collision repair facility, for the purpose of implementing processes and solutions.
* Upgrades customers to new products or product updates.
* Delivers required product training to new customers, recording and reporting accurate customer data (i.e. acknowledgement forms and CSI rating forms).
*Conducts New User and Advanced product-training classes to groups or individuals.
* Assists, if needed, in the collection of past due account receivables.
* Provides onsite & remote problem solving and field support to assigned customer base.
* Responsible for maintaining current Technical, Business and Industry Knowledge.
* Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external Insurance contacts.
*There are no Direct Reports to this position.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
* High School Degree or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
*One to two years Collision Industry experience, preferably in a similar position, is desirable. *
Previous Account Management/Territory Management experience is strongly preferred.
* Technical/Computer proficiency required.
* Solution-selling skills are highly desirable.
