CrashSpace was designed as a win-win solution between the collision repairer community and consumers.

The website allows consumers to upload vehicle damage information and notifies repair facility via email within a 25 mile radius of the consumer's location. The estimator can review the information and photos and if they need to ask a question, they can send a message to the consumer through the website. Once the estimator feels they have all the information they need, they enter a quote for the repair. The consumer is notified via email whenever a shop sends a message or a quote. Shops can use the messaging feature in the website to ask questions and promote their services.

The website is free to both collision repairers and consumers.

CrashSpace is currently available in the US. Rollout plans for Canada and other countries are on the company's roadmap.
