Sounds like you have some grit.
Keep up the great work exposing the many issues collision shops have to deal with on a daily basis.
I have a customer here who just happens to be my lead tech an its his car.
For example the insurer told him there were no used parts,the same day I called 3 suppliers how all verified the parts in stock.
