  • 20 years experience at CCC building databases, software and managing products for the automotive repair and insurance industry.
  • Developed the estimating logic for Pathways, now used by CCC ONE 
  • Worked on every CCC collision estimating system: CCC ONE, Pathways, Comp-Est and EZEst
  • Worked on many supporting systems including:
    • Shop Management systems
    • Pathways Accounting Interface
    • CCC Material Calculator
    • CCC Connect and Dial Access Utility
  • Key member of the CIECA Architecture committee, developing the Estimate Management Standard (EMS) and the Business Message Standard (BMS)
  • Have a thorough understanding of Estimatics, including experience with CCC ONE, Pathways, Comp-Est, UltraMate, Audatex Estimating and Duncan RV estimating systems
  • Taught Collision Estimating classes at CCC
  • Managed relationships with partner companies: Duncan Systems and MicroMix
