CCC One implementation

We have installed CCC One Management system in October. Looking for anyone who has been using it. After three weeks, I must say it is a cumbersome system and not intuitive. I do have to keep in mind anything new takes a while to get familiar with all its features and procedures. We were sold on the concept it was beta tested for nine months at different size shops. waterborne conversion

We converted to waterborne last February. Sending our painter to a two day tech class prior to switching and our supplier on-site support during the first few days of usage played a big role in a successful conversion. Color match is definitely better and use only two coats to get proper coverage. We had to relearn the definition of booth cleaniness as nibbing of cars increased( rarely had to prior) due to booth air flow/turbulance increase.
