Additional Professional Accomplishments: CARSTAR: Created value stream mapping of production processes, developed tools for CARSTAR's franchise base, authored and edited components of the "CARSTAR EDGE" Service Delivery Program, co-authored CARSTAR's Service & Mission Statements, co-authored Development Department marketing collateral, co-hosted a "CARSTAR Awareness Event", initiated a marketing program involving local PTO/PTA groups, developed the "CARSTAR Service Training Path" in conjunction with I-CAR, introduced new business partners to my region, trained new cross-department hires, developed the “Advanced Estimate Writing” training program as part of the "CARSTAR EDGE" delivery program, created the ROI study on estimating efficiency and lost opportunity, qualified and closed prospect franchisees, and introduced lasting industry relationships to "CARSTAR Corporate". CARSTAR
2006 - 2009

As Regional Service Manager for the largest franchised collision repair group in North America, my oversight encompassed businesses throughout the Mid Atlantic & New England States.

My duties were to coach operational elements of CARSTAR's proprietary EDGE service model, consult on increasing the performance of CARSTAR's benchmark KPIs, ensure high CSI scores, conduct annual critical operating standard audits, provide prospect leads to our development team, and assist with the integration of new franchises.

My specialized interest is on developing efficiencies within my franchise base. To accomplish this I coach elements of advanced process theory, theory of constraint, and Lean theory; in addition to industry standard best practices.
