CollisionVision.com was a vertical market search engine - simply said, it will only search sites related to the collision repair industry.
CARSTAR
2006 - 2009
As Regional Service Manager for the largest franchised collision repair group in North America, my oversight encompassed businesses throughout the Mid Atlantic & New England States.
My duties were to coach operational elements of CARSTAR's proprietary EDGE service model, consult on increasing the performance of CARSTAR's benchmark KPIs, ensure high CSI scores, conduct annual critical operating standard audits, provide prospect leads to our development team, and assist with the integration of new franchises.
My specialized interest is on developing efficiencies within my franchise base. To accomplish this I coach elements of advanced process theory, theory of constraint, and Lean theory; in addition to industry standard best practices.

"so – what do you do?”

Thanks for your input. I tried not to look at sides to the issue of standardization; and there has been some solid input from other commenters since my posting. As always, if we move away from the emotion that surrounds the issues, then the issues can be addressed and we can look at win win solutions. Thanks for the invite and enjoy!
