Thanks for your help on this. I like what update promise does, although I am currently using the same technology with respect to text,email updates for my customers and cannot afford it right now. If I can get some additional DRP business, it may sway my thinking. As of right now we send at least (3) automated messges to our customer whether that be text, email. We are looking into Phoenix Solutions and may use thier services as well. I will probably look into it again in a few months when hopefully it picks up. Thanks again, Mike
