Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to produce uncommon results-Unknown

I have been involved in the automotive and collision repair industry for about 15 years in sales, estimating and management. I am currently an independent claims investiagtor for several insurance companies and third party administrators, mainly in the transportation and trucking industry. I am also a multi-line adjuster for property, auto, home and industrial fields. Although at times, I wear many hats, the collision repair industry has been my main interest.

As much as I hated dealing with insurance companies and adjusters while working in shops as both an estimator and manager, I love what I do. If someone would have told me that I would be doing this a decade ago, I NEVER would have believed them!
