Pre ordering parts vs ordering post diagnosis
I am inquiring as to which process is best on a larger rapair. There is some controversy as to which process works best for throughput. I would appreciate some feedback on this topic. I had previously learned that having the wait time in the beginning, with one parts order can create a 30% increase in cycle time. Any comments?
