  Shop calls up and asked to return some parts, 45 days after they were delivered, for the past year the shop has purchased less than $1,200.  The return is less then $400, but the kicker is we are the only dealer in the area for this particular line, we do carry multiple lines at this dealership, but only use us for this smaller line.
