Do you ever feel like throwing in the towel?

The way things have been going lately I feel undermined by the employees(one anyway) and the 'real boss' (my Dad). My DH is one of our techs, the other one has only been with us about a year and a half. The new one is causing problems it has come down to my dad taking everything he says as gold and treating myself and my DH as complete idiots. Nissan Rogue white pearl tri-coat giving us a hard time!

First time sprayed the rear cover glowed a bright white, second time we did a spray out panel and it looked good for a match out in the sun. Re-sprayed the bumper and it is still off too much to be acceptable. I don't have the details as I am at home but if anyone is familiar with this particular color do you have any suggestions before we blend the quarters(which the boss wants to do but i think the blend will look like cr@p).See More
