I am really enjoying my refinishing classes after being a mechanic for 12 yrs I didnt really know if I would enjoy it. I started off on cars. In 03 04 i went to a school to become a marine mechanic. I went on to work at a couple of marine shops and a motorcycle dealership that also had PWCs. After that i got into motorcycles for a few years at a ma and pop shop. I worked as a tech at a good year then got a job at a flight school as a mechanics asst. I did that for about a year. With the economy i lost my job and decided to take the collision and refinishing classes. I love it even more than I thought it would and I know will greatly help me in the future. I think of it more of an art than a trade.
