I was talking to a shop owner the other day and while I was talking to him I saw an insurance company inspector reviewing an estimate one of the insurance company's estimators wrote. I asked the shop owner if he ever reviewed his people's estimates. He said, "No, my people know exactly what I expect." The he asked me why he should review them.
