Repair University To Cover Social Media Marketing for Collision Repairers

The next episode of Collision Hub’s LIVE educational video series, Repair University, will feature Liz Blackman Collision Hub’s resident Social Media Expert. Liz will sit down for a conversation with Kristen Felder about the status of social media leveraging in the Collision Repair Industry and what to expect in the coming year. The episode will air on Thursday December 29, 2011 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time on CollisionHub.com.

Liz will also be announcing the launch of The Hub, a monthly social media consultation tool delivered to customers each month as a graphic and video rich eMagazine. The Hub will be content-rich with industry-relevant material that encourages localized and internally managed social media strategies.

Liz has been consulting on social media and web development since 2004 and her clients have included an international non-profit, a trade publication in the South and Southwest, and the Girl Scouts. She now heads up Collision Hub’s award-winning social media consultation team and interfaces with clients at every segment of the Collision Repair Industry on a daily basis.

According to Liz, “during our three years of traveling and speaking on social media we were asked over and over to become the marketing consultant of Collision Repairers across the country. However, at Collision Hub we believe the best person for any social media campaign is the business staff themselves. By tackling the ‘hows’ of social media and by helping shops to keep their social media in house, it is our belief that this episode as well as the release of our new social media toolbox will rocket launch Collision Repairers to the fore front of their communities.”
