BEDFORD, TEXAS, Feb. 9, 2010 —Registration is open for the Automotive Service Association (ASA) "Taking the Hill" Fly-In and Automotive Management Institute (AMI) Leadership Conference. The events will take place May 11-12, 2010, in Washington, D.C., and will address the key issues facing both collision- and mechanical-repair professionals.
The fly-in will allow ASA members to meet with policymakers May 12 to discuss industry issues. The leadership conference on May 11 is open to everyone and will allow attendees to participate in two three-hour workshops focusing on ethical leadership. The workshops, presented by Frank Bucaro, are designed to enhance attendees' business and personal success.
Online registration is open until April 21 at www.TakingTheHill.com. In addition to providing secure, convenient online registration, the Taking the Hill Web site also includes summarized agendas, seminar descriptions and hotel information. Travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of each participant. However, the ASA host hotel is the Gaylord National in Washington, D.C.
