Thanks. I have been involved with Lean for bodyshops and distributors off and on for the last 5 years. DuPont as a whole is very commited to this effort!
Hi Megan, Lean Process sounds like a good group for me. We have several customers who are really working on Lean in their shops. We have one who has been working on it for about 4 years now and has really made several strides in reducing his cycle times. With the collision industry being so random and shops layed out so differently, what works in one body shop may not work in the next shop. I look forward to learning new ideas and also offer what I have learned.
