I checked around to 3 shops and all agreed that if the setups are done properly the system works well. I think that if you have a good IT person who is not afraid to work with Mitchell you will be happy with the Installation.

Thanks for the update. What exactly is the hitch between ABS and Business Works? A number of my customers use this combination and perhaps there is a solution for your computer tech to implement.

It has been about 4.5 months since you left your post on upgrading your system. Did that get accomplished? If so, how did it go? I would like to hear about the process you followed.

Nope. Didn't know about it until now. I will check it out. I have a Pontiac G8 as my daily driver and spend more time on that forum than anywhere else.
