Description

Virtual 20 Group – Shop Owner/Manager.  All of the benefits of an on-site 20 group without leaving the shop. Just like in-person training, the instructor can see you and you can see the instructor.  Ask questions in real time as if everyone is in the same room.

Save time and money on travel and sending employees to training while getting real tools you can implement in your shop.

Beginning in December 2018, meet once a month for a 1- to 2-hour session that is relaxed and stress free.  Each meeting is recorded, for on-demand viewing and sharing with staff. Real issues, real discussions, real solutions based on participant needs.

This group will be tailored for you to meet your needs!  Nothing will be cookie cutter! The facilitator will connect with each shop personally monthly to identify direction of future C20 Group virtual meetings.

Meet the Facilitator: Laura Gay

Laura Gay retired at 43 after being completely self-made. She has worked for a paint jobber delivering paint and washing cars at a new car dealer.  The car dealer gave her the opportunity to work the body shop.  Within 18 months she was managing the shop and had added two DRP’s.  Laura also worked for the Maryland Auto Insurance Fund, Progressive Insurance, and USAA in estimating, salvage, and management.

She opened her own shop in early 2006 and expanded to a second shop in 2011.  In 2015, Laura sold both shops to a consolidator and retired.   Now after a hiatus she is coming out of retirement to give back to the collision trade and share all she took away from her rapid success.
